Based on the south coast, Matt usually works in the south yet has entertained throughout the UK and also in France and Greece. In fact Matt's Magical Career pretty much started in Greece and France. Between 2001 and 2004 Matt worked in Greece in the summer and France in the winter as a holiday rep. Part of Matt's entertainment offering was a stage show of conjuring tricks and some close up card magic. As a slight departure from Matt’s early interest and work in magic, mind-magic now constitutes the majority Matt’s Magical Repertoire.
